| Vacancies for Consumer Safety Officers - The
US Food and Drug Administration
(FDA) is looking for the best and brightest people to join our team to promote
and protect the health of all Americans by ensuring the safety of foods and
cosmetics, and the safety and effectiveness of our drugs, biologics, and
medical devices. FDA is committed to excellence in fulfilling their mission
and maintaining the highest level of public trust. In pursuing their mission,
FDA adheres to six fundamental core values: integrity, excellence,
accountability, equity, diversity, and transparency. These core values govern
their deliberations, decisions and actions, and provide the framework for
their interactions within FDA, other stakeholders and with the public. FDA's Office of
Regulatory Affairs (ORA) will soon begin hiring
Consumer Safety
Officers (CSO) for numerous locations around the country. These will be
entry level positions. However, candidates with prior experience will be
considered for higher level grade and status. The announcement will be posted
in mid-February. All interested candidates should check the announcement at
